Southeast Chemical Biology Symposium

Paul D. Coverdell Center for Biomedical and Health Sciences

“Small Molecules for Understanding Life & Managing Disease” will feature a keynote presentation by Stuart Schreiber as well as talks by faculty, post-doctoral scholars, graduate students, and undergraduate students selected from submitted abstracts. The symposium will include a poster session to facilitate discussion and collaborative interactions between scientists from all career stages. Researchers, faculty, and students around the Southeast are encouraged to register and submit abstracts.

Both poster and oral presentations will be selected from submitted abstracts for the meeting. If you have a new development or research relevant to the meeting topic that you wish to present, please submit an abstract by March 1, 2017 for consideration for an oral presentation. All poster abstracts will be received until March 17, 2017. Please note that abstracts will not be included in the meeting if the author is also not a registered participant by this date.

Symposium registration ends March 17, 2017. Each registration includes breakfast, lunch, all breaks, the closing reception, and all sessions including poster session and keynote presentation.

The event is hosted by the UGA Chemical Biology Group.

$50 (faculty and researchers), $15 (postdocs and students)
