She serves as the visionary and manager for Web Services, overseeing strategy, operations, and client engagement. She manages relationships with 45 departments, centers, and institutes; handles contracts and billing; and oversees the campus course evaluation system. She also leads the implementation of web technologies across the college and serves as a consultant for the expanding Franklin College Digital Collections Inventory.

She is a proud Double Dawg of the University of Georgia, holding a BBA in Accounting from the Terry College of Business and a Master of Public Administration from the School of Public and International Affairs. She began her public sector career as IT Senior Manager for Web Services in UGA’s Franklin College, following a successful run in private industry as the founder and CEO of Plexus, Inc., an Athens-based web development firm she launched in 1997.

Her contributions to business and community have been recognized through multiple honors, including three nominations for the Athena Award and twice being named to the Bulldog 100 list. In 2020, she was awarded the Athens-Clarke County Arts in the Community Grant. A passionate dancer, she is a co-instructor of Argentine Tango at UGA and will be performing in the 2022 Dancing with the Athens Stars event.

Through in-depth genealogy research and Italy’s jure sanguinis program, she became a dual U.S.-Italian citizen, which has enriched her perspective and fueled her love of travel—especially across Europe.
