Joshua Bisnott

IT Professional Assistant

Joshua Bisnott joined Franklin OIT in 2024. He is currently employed full-time as an IT Professional Assistant with Franklin College, where he manages help desk support, device imaging, and software deployment. He also plays a key role in creating and maintaining technical documentation. He has over three years of experience in enterprise information technology, specializing in troubleshooting, customer support, and hardware/software installation.

Previously, Joshua worked as a Student IT Technician at UGA’s Terry College of Business, where he provided frontline tech support, managed equipment loans, and handled office setups and equipment surplusing. He also gained early experience as a Student Assistant at Kennesaw State University's library. His technical competencies include remote troubleshooting, documentation, and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Python, Java, Salesforce, and TeamDynamix.

Joshua holds a B.S. in Computer Science from UGA and has a foundation in Information Technology from Kennesaw State. Outside of work, he enjoys video games, reading, anime, and fitness. He brings a global and service-oriented perspective, having volunteered in Ghana and Hawaii, and has basic proficiency in Japanese.
